A good pest control company is one that provides a service that dramatically reduces the chances of pest infestation. It is of course important that they arrive quickly in the event of an emergency, but the aim should be to avoid the emergency in the first place. The second weakness in a service is when the control is based on “spot treatments” which often lead to a temporary reduction in the infestation but can result in more serious and widespread problems in the longer term. Identifying the type and the range of the problem at the first visit is vital and then armed with this knowledge devising the campaign to ensure complete eradication before it becomes a serious problem is the comprehensive solution.
